- Support the business through administrative tasks for Customers, Sales, and Service team members.
- Assist in quoting and post purchase order management, including organizing the details of each sale and order processing.
- Manage shipping arrangements, invoice tracking and reporting on all orders.
- Represent company products as a customer-facing professional exceeding, our customer expectations.
- Support our business development team through our sales lifecycle – RFQ through project closeout.
- Process production through all steps of the supply chain; both internally in our machining facility through installation at customer site.
- Coordinate customer interactions throughout the sales lifecycle including machine delivery, invoicing/processing payments and installation.
- Support dealer network by being a point of contact and executing tasks for the end customer's overall satisfaction.
- 2-5 years working experience with direct customer interactions.
- US Citizen or existing Green Card Holder due to our customer facilities access requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- CRM knowledge.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point and/or Access) to analyze data and trends.
- Enthusiasm, discipline and drive to succeed to achieve significant results for the company.
- Performance-orientated that will embrace autonomy and accountability for results.
- Willing to travel to potential customers locations and promote the brand at conferences and events.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) or relevant experience.
