    About the Company Looking for an Office Manager:

    Our client is a landmark in the hospitality industry in St. Petersburg, and they're looking to bring on an Office Manager with HR and Accounting experience. The company boasts a close-knit, laid back team who are always willing to go the extra mile for each other and their clients. Future growth looks bright, and they are in a wonderful, sunny location


    What the Office Manager will do:

    • The Office Manager will be responsible for full-cycle accounts payable functions & reconciliations (about 150 invoices/week)
    • The Office Manager will take on Human Resources duties like training, dealing with insurance carriers, onboarding, benefits, team engagement and verification of licensing and insurance for the organization.
    • The Office Manager will assist the CFO with ad-hoc duties in the accounting department including data entry, assisting with any month-end responsibilities and account maintenance.
    • This position really combines Accounting and HR functions, and could possibly be responsible for onboarding and HR processing of new employees in the future.

    What the company needs in an Office Manager:

    • Previous HR and AP experience is desired
    • A 2- or 4- year degree, preferably in hospitality is a huge plus, but not required.
    • Flexible, adaptable and comfortable with wearing many hats. This is a dynamic role for a dynamic candidate
    • This location is a non-smoking environment
