As a Director of Program Management Office for Defense and Space at Honeywell Aerospace, your role involves overseeing the program management office to ensure the successful execution of defense and space programs. Reporting directly to the VP of Program Management Office for Defense and Space, you will have the flexibility to work at various locations in a hybrid or fully on-site capacity based on business needs and your preference.
In this position, your impact is extensive, covering strategic alignment, program efficiency, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, team leadership, mentoring and development, compliance, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and organizational growth. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution and advancement of defense and space programs, contributing significantly to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.
