Legal Assistant / Tax Assistant (m/f/d) We are a nationally active auditing and tax consulting company based in Dresden with additional branches in Berlin, Chemnitz, Leipzig, Lübben and Munich.

Currently, we employ around 80 employees, including 12 professionals (auditors, tax consultants, lawyers - some with dual qualifications).

We support insolvency administrators in the management of insolvency proceedings and accompany companies in restructuring and reorganization processes in the business and tax sector.

Join our team in Berlin as an Insolvency Clerk (m/f/d) in full-time Your tasks Support of the insolvency administrator in the handling of regular insolvency proceedings and the trustee in self-administration proceedings Recording and verification of creditor claims in coordination with the insolvency administrator Preparation of lists §§ 151 ff.
