    Business Development/Sales Manager
    • T&D/Substation ConstructionWe are looking for a full time Business Development/Sales Manager to join our client's Utility Construction team.
    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales, as well as experience in the utility construction industry.

    The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects, and to identify and close new business opportunities.

    The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the sales team and developing sales strategies.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in business or a related field15+ years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the utility construction industryStrong understanding of the sales process and the ability to develop and execute sales strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamResponsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospectsIdentify and close new business opportunitiesManage the sales team and develop sales strategiesPrepare and present proposalsNegotiate contractsTrack and report sales resultsIf you are interested in this position, please send your resume and cover letter through the application link.
