- Lead Generation:

- Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
- Prospecting and Qualification:
- Initiate contact with leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the company's ideal customer profile.
- Gather relevant information about prospects, including their pain points, challenges, and buying processes.
- Communication and Relationship Building:Engage with potential customers to create interest and build rapport.
- Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our software solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and outreach strategies
- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- Provide detailed and well-organized lead handovers to the sales team, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Participate in regular meetings with the sales team to share insights and refine outreach strategies.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and other relevant metrics.
- Generate regular reports to showcase the impact of lead generation efforts on the overall sales pipeline.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a quick learner of complex software solutions.
- Previous experience in software sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus.
