    Customer Service Office Associate - New Orleans, United States - IST Management

    Overview:

    IST Management is a rapidly growing business process outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in providing solutions for the management of digital and physical information through Facilities Management. This is a full-time hours/week) direct-hire position. We pride ourselves on upward mobility for our employees and a commitment to excellence for our clients. Customer Service Office Associate is responsible for overseeing and executing all corporate services at the client's site, including: Scanning mail, hospitality, conference room set ups, mail, shipping & receiving, copy services, front desk reception coverage, light courier duties and periodic bank runs. Upkeep of the corporate office environment and common spaces (cleaning, organizing, stocking), and basic office services and administrative work as assigned. Ideal candidates are self-starters with great attention to detail.

    Compensation: USD $16/hr to USD $18/hr

    Hours: Monday-Friday Regular Business Hours 8-5-5:30pm

    Responsibilities:

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Scanning and assigning the mail
    • Maintain the highest levels of customer care and demonstrate a friendly and copperative attitude
    • Pantry and hospitality support
    • Provide back-up receptionist
    • Copy services - demonstrating flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
    • Handling time-sensitive and/or confidential information and materials
    • Taking direction from supervisor or site manager; participating in cross-training
    • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation with attention to detail
    • Adhering to all safety procedures and to business procedures guidelines
    Qualifications:

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent - college degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
    • Scanning and Receptionist Exp a plus; Legal Exp a plus
    • Must have the ability to move items and be on your feet for long periods of time.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; willingness to be cross trained
    • Hospitality or conference room experience is a plus
    • Prior mail or copy experience is a plus; computer savvy
    • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; competency in performing multiple functional tasks
    • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
    • Access to reliable transportation to and from job site
    • Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds with aid
