- Ensuring that all club members have access to a highly trained and professional fitness staff.
- Meeting and/or exceeding minimum monthly revenue targets including total revenue & client retention.
- Strategizing ways to engage & serve the member base by driving awareness around the exceptional personal training services we offer.

- Certifications/Credentials:
- NCCA Accredited Personal Trainer Certification (Required within 60 Days of Employment).
- B.S. in Exercise Science/Kinesiology preferred.
- Current CPR/AED.
