We are currently looking for a full-time training manager (m/f/d) for the personnel department to start as soon as possible.

The main tasks:

Training management Applicant recruitment / selection and support of trainees, candidates and interns Systematic planning and coordination of the respective training courses Contact person (m/f/d) for all internal and external training managers Design and implementation of contemporary personnel development and health management Consulting and support for executives Design and implementation of modern training marketing as well as participation in general personnel marketing Participation in projects, support of new processes The requirements: Civil servant (m/f/d) of the third qualification level of the specialist career in administration and finance or civil servant (m/f/d) of the second qualification level of the specialist career in administration and finance with the willingness to complete the modular qualification to the third qualification level, or administrative assistant (m/f/d) with specialist examination II Ideally, knowledge and professional experience in the field of labor and collective bargaining law Examination according to the Trainer Aptitude Ordinance or willingness to acquire it Humanly convincing personality with high social competence Organizational skills and prioritization Strong communication skills Willingness to attend occasional evening and weekend appointments (e.g.
