**Customer Support Representative (Remote)**

**About the Role:** In this position you will become a subject matter expert, with a deep understanding of AutoFis products. You will use this knowledge to assist our internal and external customers with everything from answering simple questions to troubleshooting ambiguous technical issues. A successful candidate will be technically minded, meticulous, articulate, and unintimidated by challenging, novel problems. In this role you must be able to communicate effectively with any audience, from executives, to engineers, non-technical customers and other internal teams. You will be responsible for managing issues from the first report through the resolution, keeping customers and stakeholders in the loop throughout the process. **Responsibilities:**
+ Address incoming customer questions and issues
+ Investigate and troubleshoot technical problems
+ Work directly with product and engineering teams to resolve bugs as needed
+ Identify areas of improvement and own projects to address them
+ Contribute to the development and maintenance of our knowledge base
+ This position may require outside of the standard work schedule: including occasional holiday, evening and/or weekend hours
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or similar role
+ Able to read and modify HTML, JSON, CSS and API calls
+ You work well autonomously as well as part of a team
+ You can think through and solve complex technical problems
+ Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Have knowledge about the automotive and/or lending industries
+ Bi-lingual (preferably French or Spanish)
+ Experience with Zendesk
+ Experience at early stage start-ups or in technical support roles
