Description

As a Operations Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate completion of assigned routes.

This non-customer facing position involves closely monitoring truck travel paths, comparing them with designated house pins, and maintaining detailed records through spreadsheets.

Your responsibilities include tracking routes in real-time, creating maps, handling work orders for missed stops, and investigating discrepancies to ensure all customers receive the expected service.

Starting at $18/hour

Responsibilities:

Track assigned routes and compare truck paths with house pins.
Complete hourly spreadsheets and increase frequency as the route progresses.
Generate maps for route optimization.
Input work orders for missed stops using Soft-Pak.
Maintain detailed notes for each DNP (Did Not Pickup) account.
Investigate and pull video footage for DNPs.
Monitor Geotab and Map-Pak for route accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to address challenges.

Working Conditions:

Your own computer station with dual screens.
Two 15minute breaks and a mandatory 30 minute lunch break.
Collaborative team environment with a familystyle culture.
Use of a single earbud for music is permitted, but videowatching is not allowed.
