- Researches, evaluates, and recommends software and hardware products.
- Background supporting telephone systems.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or another closely related discipline and four years of related experience.
- System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields.
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
- Security, storage, data protection and disaster recovery protocols.
- Demonstrated capacity to successfully work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Capacity to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
- Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment.
- Possess a passion for excellent customer service and commitment to exceptional quality.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software.
- Experience working with Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems and Windows 10.
- Experience with firewalls and networking switches are a plus.
- Experience with Office365 is required.
- VMware 6.x.
