ERP System Administrator (m/f/d)

HerkulesGroup Services GmbH

Your responsibilities

  • Administration, operation, monitoring and optimization of our proALPHA ERP system as well as connected systems and interfaces
  • Conceptualization, coordination and further development of cross-departmental and system processes
  • ERP support: handling of ERP inquiries, documentation of processing and solution paths (1st and 2nd level) - also in cooperation with the ERP manufacturer
  • System administration of the ERP host systems
  • Independent planning and execution of projects
  • Organizational and process-related consulting for key users, users and departments
  • Programming of scripts or minor adjustments in Progress ABL
  • Planning and conducting trainings and workshops as well as supporting and coordinating users and key users

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or computer science
  • Experience in administration, support and maintenance of ERP systems (ideally proALPHA) would be desirable, but we are also open to giving graduates (m/f/d) a chance
