WHAT TO EXPECT

You will be responsible for project management from order intake to final acceptance
As a communication interface, you will be responsible for onsite meetings and clarifying technical details with clients, architects, and structural engineers
You will coordinate collaboration with utility and subcontracting companies, as well as other project stakeholders
Awarding contracts to suppliers is part of your responsibilities

WHAT YOU BRING

Completed training in a trade profession (e.g. bricklayer, steel and concrete worker, carpenter (m/f/d), etc.)
Further education as a construction technician, civil engineer, bricklayer and/or concrete master or foreman (m/f/d)
Ideally, you have already gained experience in construction management
You have customer and businessoriented thinking
A high level of personal responsibility and social competence complete your profile
