Your Responsibilities

Administer and continuously optimize the existing IT and network infrastructure.
Manage the Microsoft cloud infrastructure and third-party cloud solutions.
Ensure system availability/monitoring and quality assurance of deployed systems.
Create and implement IT processes and policies.
Manage efficient security measures to minimize security risks.
Lead, plan, and coordinate IT projects.
Provide user support via phone, ticket system, Microsoft Teams, and email.
Procure IT components.

Your Profile

Successfully completed studies or vocational training in the IT field with relevant work experience.
Excellent understanding of general protocols and technologies (examples of our technologies) and ideally practical experience with them.
Thorough knowledge of common client and server operating systems
