About us:

The IT department, with a team of 100 colleagues, supports approximately employees of the Hamburg Tax Administration, which includes 14 tax offices and the North German Academy for Finance, in all digital matters.

We are looking for someone to join our growing team with challenging and diverse tasks. Your new workplace is located in close proximity to Hamburg Central Station at Steinstraße 10, 20095 Hamburg.

Your responsibilities:

Support end users with questions about PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripheral systems, including onsite support
Provide user support for hardware and client operations (2nd and 1st level support)
Support users of mobile devices and collaboration systems (such as SharePoint, video conferencing, and other communication systems)
Manage requirements (product responsibility) for various (special) workstation types
Test, approve, and install new (software) products

Your profile:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent skills and experience, with relevant professional experience in the advertised areas
