    Description
    My client are currently looking to recruit a multifamily construction Project Manager to join their team. The role will be responsible for overseeing the project from inception to completion.

    If you are a Project Engineer looking for the next step up or an established Project Manager looking for a new opportunity, please apply below My client are a leading Seattle based full-service General Contractor with projects around Greater Seattle.

    Manage all aspects of construction projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, to ensure successful project delivery.

    Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear understanding of project specifications and expectations.

    Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with time and budget constraints and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
    Lead project meetings to discuss progress, issues, and resolutions; maintain regular communication with senior management and stakeholders.

    Implement quality control measures to ensure that all construction meets or exceeds minimum quality standards and that buildings are constructed in accordance with design specifications.

    Oversee contract administration, including negotiation and management of contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
    Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations on the construction site, fostering a safety-first workplace environment.
    Manage and resolve any conflicts that arise during construction processes in a timely and effective manner.
    Prepare detailed reports on project status and present them to senior management and stakeholders.
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
    Experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically with multifamily projects.
    Experience as a Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager
    Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse project teams.
    Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
    Proficiency in construction management software such as MS Project, Procore, or similar.
    Solid understanding of construction, zoning, and building codes and regulations.
