Production Specialist in the field of electronics/mechatronics/microtechnology (m/f/d) Shift Leader Berlin Full-time Permanent We are looking for a motivated and experienced shift leader for our manufacturing company in King City.

As a shift leader, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a team in a state-of-the-art production area.

We are looking for YOU Tasks Coordination and monitoring of production processes in your shift consisting of approximately 10 employees Ensuring compliance with quality standards and production goals Leadership and motivation of employees in your shift Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection guidelines Profile Completed training in a technical field in the area of electronics, mechatronics, microtechnology, or comparable qualification Experience in production and first experiences in personnel management Independence, teamwork, as well as very good organizational and communication skills Motivation for continuous learning and flexible task assumption Willingness to work in a 3-shift system Why work with us?
