    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a talented Systems Engineer with expertise in RF, Microwave, Millimeterwave, and Power Electronics technologies to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex engineering challenges and a track record of success in the aerospace and defense sector.


    Responsibilities:
    Design, develop, and integrate RF, Microwave, Millimeterwave, and Power Electronics systems for aerospace and defense applications.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
    Conduct system analysis, modeling, and simulation to optimize performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the product lifecycle.
    Support testing and validation activities, including environmental testing and electromagnetic compatibility testing.
    Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    5+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on RF, Microwave, Millimeterwave, and Power Electronics.
    Strong understanding of system design principles, including system architecture, requirements management, and verification/validation.
    Mixture of Hardware and Software Engineering experience.
    Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse technical disciplines.
    U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance required.
