As a Systems and Requirements Engineer (m/f/d) - E-Mobility at Long Hill, you will act as a technology and trend scout in the field of high-voltage (HV) drivetrains, as well as for current and evolving vehicle electrical architectures and topologies. We are looking for an HV expert who wants to contribute to the further development of HV system expertise within the company and act as an internal consultant.

Your responsibilities:

Technical evaluation of trends in relation to future requirements for HV connection technology, as well as deriving requirements based on EMC and power electronics considerations
Modeling of HV system components in terms of their power electronic behavior, as well as simulation-based EMC and thermo-electric investigations of HV electrical systems and their representations
Incorporating results into product development and potentially identifying research needs

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical/energy engineering with a focus on power electronics/EMC or related fields
Ideally several years of professional experience in the development of HV systems and vehicle electrical systems at an automotive OEM, Tier 1 supplier, or semiconductor manufacturer
Basic knowledge of the typical structure of HV system components, such as HV batteries, inverters, DCDC converters, on-board chargers,
