    Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated professional to grasp product knowledge quickly, engage with customers proactively through various channels, and employ solution-based selling techniques to help customers understand the value of our solution. As an Account Executive, your role involves collaborating with Customer Success Managers, the channel team, marketing team, and key positions within Microsoft sales and services to facilitate awareness presentations and demos.



    Expectations

    • Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Handle complex sales cycles using a consultative approach.
    • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Conduct informative presentations to demonstrate how our solutions address customer needs.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to close business deals.
    • Inform clients about new product features.
    • Participate in remote and on-site client meetings.
    • Collaborate across different regions and offices.
    • Follow up on opportunities identified by the SDR team.
    • Create and execute sales campaigns for key accounts.
    • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in SalesForce CRM.
    • Collaborate within the Partner Ecosystem to generate and close opportunities.
    • Build strong relationships with Microsoft Sales and Customer Success teams.


    Requirements

    • Prior experience as an Account Executive in new business sales.
    • Proven track record in selling complex SaaS solutions to Enterprise clients.
    • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and prompt with follow-ups.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify customer pain points and follow solution-based selling approaches.
    • Proficient in planning, time management, CRM updates, and risk assessment.
    • Good command of MS Office and business tools for professional communication.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


    Additional Qualifications

    • Experience in Office 365 sales either as a Microsoft team member or ISV partner.
    • Training and proficiency in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft infrastructure, cloud technologies, and related services.
