- Implement and support Interfor's network and systems as directed by management.
- Engage in assigned projects to support company objectives.
- Proactively monitor trouble alerts, network lines, and backups.
- Manage IT equipment inventory for asset tracking and user support.
- Assist other support teams as needed and ensure optimal end-user experience.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard systems.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a service desk supporting end-users.
- Post-secondary education in a technical field.
- Familiarity with systems such as Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Endpoint Central, and more.
- Mobility support for Apple and Samsung devices.
- Experience in the lumber manufacturing sector is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
