- Over 10 years of experience in troubleshooting restaurant equipment and HVAC.
- Understanding of hot side, cold side equipment, and common HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in remote support tools, phone systems, and computer software.

- Capability to work independently and efficiently.
