    Description

    We are looking for a skilled IT Support-Field Technician to join our team. This position will focus on providing on-site support for hardware challenges and deployments in specific regions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in hardware troubleshooting, great communication skills, and be ready to travel extensively.

    Responsibilities:

    • Visit automotive repair shops for hardware installations, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance.
    • Identify and solve hardware issues on desktops, laptops, printers, networking devices, and peripherals.
    • Work with internal teams to organize hardware deployments and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
    • Offer technical support and advice to end-users regarding hardware queries.
    • Record all activities, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and hardware inventory updates.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in IT Support Technician roles focusing on hardware support.
    • Good knowledge of computer hardware components, peripherals, and networking gear.
    • Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and repair methods.
    • Proficient in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field.
    • Ready to travel extensively within the designated region (up to 90% of the time).
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
