Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Perform soft washing and pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties.
• Working outside.
• Clean and maintain equipment and tools used for washing.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in power washing, soft washing or related field preferred.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in height conditions.
• Ability to work an occasional weekend.
• Ability to operate power washing equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Basic knowledge in using technology like cell phones, tablets and or laptops.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with in basic plumbing, pumps and small engines.
