    Must-haves:

    3+ years' experience Field Support/ Desktop Support experience

    Active Directory experience

    Experience troubleshooting Office 365 (i.e. outlook, excel, etc.)

    Strong break/fix experience

    Experience deploying and/or refreshing machines

    Windows and/or Linux support experience

    Strong customer service skills

    Plusses:

    Experience working in a healthcare environment

    Day-to-Day:

    Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support/ Field Technician for an opportunity with a Healthcare Management company in the Atlanta, Georgia area. This person will act as the primary IT point-of-contact while onsite for up to 12 different clients in the Atlanta area. They will work with users directly to troubleshoot level 1 and 2 issues. They should be comfortable in a healthcare setting and must provide white-glove service to end-users.

    This person will be responsible for issues with Windows and Linux servers, hardware break/fix, email and OS issues, etc. This person must be comfortable as the primary POC for upwards of 50 users.
