DiFilippo is in search of a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a genuine passion and strong sense of purpose. With a remarkable 120-year history, we are industry pioneers and set the standard for excellence.
The primary focus of this role involves mastering our client-servicing procedures, catering to our existing base of 2,000 businesses. Additionally, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Moreover, you will oversee a small team to execute these tasks effectively.
As you become proficient in coaching your team members, you will gradually transition into the role of Agency Director. This progression will be driven by your adeptness in utilizing our systems and processes.
This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.
