    Description

    DiFilippo is in search of a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a genuine passion and strong sense of purpose. With a remarkable 120-year history, we are industry pioneers and set the standard for excellence.

    The primary focus of this role involves mastering our client-servicing procedures, catering to our existing base of 2,000 businesses. Additionally, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Moreover, you will oversee a small team to execute these tasks effectively.

    As you become proficient in coaching your team members, you will gradually transition into the role of Agency Director. This progression will be driven by your adeptness in utilizing our systems and processes.

    This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage existing client portfolio.
    • Identify new business prospects in the B2B sector.
    • Supervise and track team performance.
    • Provide training on current systems to new team members.
    • Consistently update field activities using a Salesforce-based CRM system.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.


    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Outstanding organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines.


    Proficient in supervisory and leadership roles.
    Capable of prioritizing tasks and delegating when necessary.
    Adept at functioning effectively in fast-paced and occasionally stressful environments.
    Demonstrated passion for aiding individuals and fostering connections.
    Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    Prior experience in sales or customer service.
    Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
    Community involvement is highly desired.
    Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression is considered.
