    Description

    DiFilippo is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, driven by passion and purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation and excellence.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in servicing our existing base of 2,000 business clients, cultivating relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads, and leading a small team in carrying out these responsibilities.

    As you become proficient in training team members and familiarize yourself with our systems, you will progressively transition into the role of Agency Director.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.



    Key Responsibilities:
    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities within the B2B sphere
    • Supervise team activities and track results
    • Provide training and guidance to new team members on established systems
    • Report daily field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development


    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
    • Proven time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines

    • Proficient in supervisory and leadership roles
    • Effective task prioritization and delegation skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment
    • Genuine passion for assisting individuals and fostering relationships
    • Outstanding time management and organizational capabilities
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Active involvement in the community
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce proficiency preferred)


    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clear background check and access to personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day assessment period before progression
