    Description

    DiFilippo is currently seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone driven by passion and purpose. With a legacy spanning over a century, we stand at the forefront of our industry. In this role, you will immerse yourself in understanding our processes to cater to our existing 2,000 business clients, foster relationships to grow our client base, and lead a small team in these endeavors. As you excel in training and overseeing your team, you will progress into the role of Agency Director, mastering essential skills through our established systems. This position offers a competitive weekly pay range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing top-notch service to our current client roster.
    • Exploring new business prospects (B2B).
    • Supervising team activities and monitoring results.
    • Training and guiding incoming team members on existing systems.
    • Submitting daily reports on field operations via our Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Concentrating daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.

    • Proven time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
    • Robust supervisory and leadership proficiencies.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

    • Passionate about aiding others and fostering relationships.
    • Experience in sales or customer service.
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach.
    • Community involvement inclination desired.
    • Proficiency with CRMs, Salesforce knowledge preferred.

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clear background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • A 45-day evaluation period is required before potential progression.
