DiFilippo is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, someone who is driven by passion and purpose. With a remarkable history of 120 years in the industry, we are pioneers in what we do.
The primary focus of this role is to understand and enhance our service processes for our current 2,000 business clients, while also expanding our client base through referrals and generated leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a small team to execute these tasks efficiently.
As you become adept at mastering the required skills and processes using our established systems, you will progress into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly pay range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively when necessary.
Capable of functioning efficiently in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment.
Innate passion for assisting individuals and fostering relationships.
