    Description

    DiFilippo is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, someone who is driven by passion and purpose. With a remarkable history of 120 years in the industry, we are pioneers in what we do.

    The primary focus of this role is to understand and enhance our service processes for our current 2,000 business clients, while also expanding our client base through referrals and generated leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a small team to execute these tasks efficiently.

    As you become adept at mastering the required skills and processes using our established systems, you will progress into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly pay range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and cater to the needs of our existing client base.
    • Identify new business prospects within the B2B sector.
    • Oversee and drive team performance and outcomes.
    • Provide guidance and training to new team members on our systems.
    • Consistently report on daily field activities using the Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
    • Proven time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines successfully.

    Exceptional supervisory and leadership qualities.
    Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively when necessary.
    Capable of functioning efficiently in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment.
    Innate passion for assisting individuals and fostering relationships.
    Outstanding time management and organizational proficiencies.
    Prior experience in sales or customer service.
    Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
    Community involvement interest.
    Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Requirement of a clean background and reliable transportation.
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before progression.
