    Description

    DiFilippo is searching for a dedicated leader to join our team with a strong sense of enthusiasm and determination. With a remarkable legacy of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of our field.

    The position involves mastering our client service process for an established base of 2,000 businesses, fostering connections to expand our clientele through referrals and leads, and overseeing a small team to undertake similar responsibilities.

    You will specialize in training team members under your supervision, progressing to the role of Agency Director as you hone your skills using our established methods and procedures. This opportunity offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage existing client relationships effectively.
    • Explore new business prospects within the B2B sector.
    • Supervise team performance and outcomes.
    • Provide training and guidance to new team members on current systems.
    • Submit daily activity reports through the Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines.


    Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.·Skill in task prioritization and delegation.·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment.·Devotion to assisting individuals and building connections.·Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.·Prior experience in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented outlook.·Active community involvement enthusiasm.·Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation are essential.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation phase before potential progression.
