    Description

    DiFilippo is searching for a talented leader to join our team, someone who is driven and dedicated. With a history spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our field.

    In this role, you will immerse yourself in our proven processes, serving our current base of 2,000 clients, while also expanding our reach by fostering new relationships and generating leads. Additionally, you will oversee a small team, guiding them through the same responsibilities.

    As you become proficient in our methods and procedures, you will transition into the role of Agency Director, all while honing your skills and expertise.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage existing client portfolio effectively.
    • Identify and pursue new business prospects within the B2B sector.
    • Supervise team operations and monitor outcomes.
    • Provide training and guidance to incoming team members on established protocols.
    • Submit daily reports on field activities using Salesforce CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruiting, training, and fostering leadership skills.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines.

    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and assign them accordingly.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful setting.
    • Passion for aiding individuals and building connections.
    • Proficiency in time management and organization.
    • Background in sales or customer service.
    • Self-driven with a focus on goals.
    • Community-oriented mindset.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation are prerequisites.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression.
