WHITTINGHAM is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, bringing passion and purpose to our 120-year-old company that is a pioneer in the industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for servicing our existing base of 2,000 business clients, while also cultivating relationships to bring in new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team to carry out these tasks, guiding and training them along the way. As you become adept at mastering our systems and processes, you will progress into the role of Agency Director.

This position offers a competitive weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing client base
• Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
• Supervise team activities and monitor results
• Train and mentor new team members on established systems
• Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
• Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership development

Licensing Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
• Clear background check and reliable transportation are prerequisites
• There is a 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
