- Activación de usuarios y gestión de mensajes "después del viaje".
- Revisión periódica de las entradas al depósito, gestionando las autorizaciones y los casos de remolque.
- Seguimiento con los clientes en los casos apropiados.
- Revisión regular y gestión de multas entrantes.
- Experiencia previa en un puesto similar.
- Tienes una personalidad orientada al cliente.
- Eres un buen comunicador.
- Dominio de Office y herramientas informáticas de fácil uso.

Actualmente estamos buscando un Especialista en Soporte al Cliente para unirse a nuestro equipo:
Trabajar durante los fines de semana (3 días) - 24 horas/semana.
Será esencial que la persona que se una a nosotros tenga excelentes habilidades de comunicación en español y francés.
