    Key Performance Objectives for the

    Account Manager:
    Maximize account potential and exceed quarter over quarter, year over year revenue growth and profitability goals.
    Develop new business opportunities that align with our ideal client profile that result in long term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
    Serve as a conduit to coordinate customer requests and resolve escalated issues ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.


    Salary & Benefits:

Salary plus commission thereafter - Initial salary commensurate with education and experience, commission commensurate with YOUR success$1,138 Monthly Vehicle allowance, cell phone and laptop and all the cool tools you need to winMedical, dental, vision and life insurances401(k) with generous $1 for $1 company match, up to 6% of your salary with no vesting schedulePaid holidaysPaid time offTuition assistanceRequirementsThe ideal

    Account Manager:

    Must be an absolute "Go Getter" with a will to win and a drive to succeedBachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred and 3+ years of Account Management or Outside Sales is a preferredExperience in the rental industry is a plusExcellent understanding of construction and industrial type equipmentSalesforce CRM or other CRM experienceGreat presentation skills and don't mind getting out in frontTechnologically savvy.

    You'll use computers, cell phones, and other cool techy stuffValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordMust be able and willing to drive extensively throughout geographical area, must be able to work around construction and Industrial type environments, lift 35+ lbs.
