Job Title
Citrix Engineer, Sr.

What does a successful Citrix Engineer, Senior do at Fiserv?

You will be a member of team that manages Citrix and Microsoft Windows environments running Windows 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.

You will design, deliver, and support the next generation Citrix infrastructure, as well as assist with other Windows projects.

What you will do:

This team also manages and supports Active Directory, LDAP directory services, DNS, WINS, DHCP, file and print, VMWare View, Citrix XenApp, VMware ESX and vSphere, requires knowledge of SAN and NAS from different vendors.

This team performs preventive maintenance, necessary patching for Citrix or Microsoft utilizing WSUS and MECM.
Monitors system status utilizing available tools, such as Splunk, SysEdge.
Supports projects, as well as contributes to after hour's on-call rotation.

Individual must interact extensively with all levels of management, business, and IT, and is required to act in a professional and confident manner.

What you will need to have:
B.S. in Information Technology or equivalent work experience

Six or more years of hands-on experience, in addition to having worked in an environment of 200 or more Windows servers.

Working knowledge and experience with Citrix XenApp 7.15, 1912, 2023.

Active Directory, LDAP Directory services, Domain Name Services "DNS", Windows Internet Name Service "WINS", and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol "DHCP".

Demonstrated previous experience in a senior server and support role.
Administration and engineering skills for all Windows services including AD, WINS, DNS, DFS, and DHCP. Experience with clustering, Microsoft Clustering preferred.
Administration and knowledge of VMWARE ESX, VMWare View, Citrix XenApp 7.15, 1912 and 2023, and Terminal Server.
Strong understanding of network and software configuration.
Scripting knowledge, preferably PowerShell, and/or phyton.
Strong working knowledge of security standards and best practices & e

xperience with regulatory agencies preferred, such as PCI and SOX.
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, Hawaii, New York or Washington.
