    Description
    Workday Implementation Consultant


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor Workday ecosystem data, security, and process integrity continuously, collaborating with the employee support center for maintenance.
    • Drive solutions for issues related to core HCM (Human Capital Management) and other Workday functionalities, ensuring timely resolution with the Workday support provider.
    • Conduct indepth testing for configurations and updates in Workday.
    • Ensure integrations are functioning as required, collaborating with the Workday project head and resolving any arising issues with assistance from the support provider.
    • Deliver Workday trainings across the organization to drive adoption and increase stakeholder knowledge about Workday functionalities.
    • Maintain process SOPs for Workday in collaboration with the Workday portfolio manager.
    • Execute mass data changes in Workday in collaboration with Workday teams, as required.
    • Undertake special improvement projects on Workday systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Workday processes under the guidance of the division director Workday systems.

    Qualifications:

    • Essential:
    Educated to degree level, ideally in a related area

    • Desirable:
    Professional qualification in Human Resources


    Experience:

    • Essential:
    • Prior experience working in HRIS, specifically Workday HCM (Recruiting, Talent, Comp, Reporting, Security, Time Off/Absence, Payroll, Benefits)
    • Experience in building and managing an effective Workdaybased environment
    • Certified core HCM Workday practitioner
    • Desirable:
    • Experience in the implementation of any other HR systems

    • Strong working knowledge of Workday core HCM, Recruitment, and Talent modules
    • Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of metrics, with advanced Excel skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to work with and manage external vendors
    • Ability to work independently, efficiently in a fastpaced environment, troubleshoot, and follow initiatives through to completion, meeting strict deadlines without loss of attention to detail

    • Strong written, verbal, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; exercises good listening and communication skills with sensitivity to cultural communication differences
    • Works effectively as a team member, with a high level of initiative, selfmotivation, and goaloriented approach

    • Languages: Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
