    Job Title: Workday Implementation Consultant

    Duration: 1-year contract

    Location: New York, NY

    Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

    Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

    Pay: Compensation for this role ranges from $75 to $125 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Implementation Consultant to join our team for a one-year contract role based in New York City. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing Workday solutions with a focus on various modules including Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Performance Management, Payroll, and Finance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the implementation of Workday solutions, focusing on ATS, Performance Management, Payroll, and Finance modules.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure successful implementation according to project timelines.

    Utilize your expertise to migrate data and processes from ADP to Workday, leveraging best practices and ensuring seamless integration.

    Work independently to troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and address any questions related to the implementation process.

    Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday functionalities and offer training and support to end-users.

    Stay on contract past the implementation phase to provide ongoing support and assistance as needed.

    Requirements:

    Direct experience with Workday implementation is essential, particularly in ATS, Performance Management, Payroll, and Finance modules.

    Previous experience with implementation from ADP to Workday is highly desirable and considered a significant advantage.

    Strong ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently, with excellent time management skills.

    Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

    Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    Must be available to stay on contract past the completion of the implementation phase to provide ongoing support.
