    Location

    This is a hybrid role located near Raleigh, NC, requiring the candidate to be in this area and comfortable working in-office 1–2 days per week.

    About the Job
    Inn-Flow is on the lookout for a Product Marketing Manager with a passion for technology and hospitality.

    As a vital bridge between our product, marketing, and sales teams, you'll serve as an evangelist for our product strategy and functionality.

    By understanding and translating our product features into value-based messaging, you'll play a crucial role in driving our product's market success.

    Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this role is perfect for someone who is both a strategist and a tactician, able to generate innovative ideas and also bring them to fruition.

    What You Will Do

    Market Research:
    Conduct market research to understand customer needs, the competitive landscape, and market trends.

    Product Messaging:


    Follow market landscape and collect competitive intelligence to benchmark product capabilities and develop effective product positioning that differentiates Inn-Flow's solutions in the marketplace.

    Go-to-Market Strategies:


    Define go-to-market strategies and product communication plans, develop marketing materials, and lead high-impact feature releases that drive adoption and revenue.


    Sales and Marketing Materials:


    Generate customer case studies, product 1-pagers, and other collateral to support marketing and sales initiatives and guide communication efforts across multiple audiences and channels.


    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic frameworks and assets for campaigns, enablement, and stakeholder communications.

    Performance Analysis:
    Measure and analyze product marketing performance, adjusting strategies to meet business objectives.

    What You Need

    Experience:


    3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS or hospitality technology sector and 2+ years of experience with B2B marketing campaigns.


    Communication Skills:
    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to create compelling product narratives.

    Analytical Abilities:
    Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adapt as necessary.

    Cross-Functional Teamwork:
    Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve product marketing goals.

    Marketing Stack Familiarity:
    Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Pendo, and MS Clarity.

    Prior experience in marketing SaaS products, with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

    Exceptional visual design and copywriting skills, with a proven track record of bringing creative marketing ideas to life, enhancing product visibility and customer.


    Data-Driven Decision-Making:
    Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making to inform marketing strategies.

    Leadership:
    Ability to lead projects and small teams, demonstrating leadership and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
