The TRG Growth Practice has recently been engaged by one of our top industrial & manufacturing clients to identify a Director Total Rewards to help them with an aggressive global growth strategy. This role will report into the CHRO. The main mission of this role is to evaluate, set strategy and execute a world class total rewards program for an organization entering the next phase of growth.
We are looking for a transformational HR Leader ready to drive both Human Capital and Business Excellence. We need a strong leader, passionate about people and development.
