    Job Title: Plumbing Service Technician

    Job Overview:

Ideal candidates will bring proven expertise in high-rise plumbing projects, carry valid backflow prevention certification, and share our dedication to delivering exceptional service. This position is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in the growth and excellence of our plumbing services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct detailed plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations within high-rise buildings.
    • Quickly diagnose and solve a broad range of plumbing issues, ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants and operations.
    • Liaise effectively with property management teams and residents to swiftly address plumbing needs.
    • Strictly adhere to local plumbing codes and standards, guaranteeing all work is safe and compliant.
    • Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls, prioritizing client safety and service quality.
    • Keep accurate records of all service activities, including parts used and time spent.
    • Foster positive relationships with clients and team members through clear, professional communication.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in plumbing, with a specific focus on servicing high-rise buildings.
    • Current backflow prevention certification.
    • Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and a demonstrated ability to manage complex plumbing repairs and installations.
    • Exceptional diagnostic skills and proficiency in addressing a wide variety of plumbing issues.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
    • Verifiable and stable work history, with references.
    • Ideally based in or willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ.

    Desirable Skills:

    • Experience collaborating with property management companies.
    • Familiarity with Phoenix's building codes and regulatory standards.
    • Ability to interpret plumbing schematics and blueprints accurately.
