Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our customers.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong electrical and technical sales skills, as well as excellent customer service abilities.

Work is performed for our distinguished clients throughout Arizona, Hawaii, New Mexico, Nevada and West Texas.


Responsibilities:

• Full training provided
• Test, certify and repair electrical systems and equipment at customer sites
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate installation and calibration
• Document all service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent on each job
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role / related experience
• Familiarity with HVAC/R systems is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
