Building Service Technician

Job Summary


Under the supervision of the Manager of Building and Site Services, the Building Services Technician, provides a full range of support services to the Facilities Operations / Facilities Construction divisions.

The Building Services Technician will also provide facility upkeep as well as performing minor repairs and light maintenance work in the buildings they are assigned to.

Building Services Technician also includes responding to emergency service calls, as well as inspecting the site at the start and end of each day to check for damage, vandalism or any other issues to the facility.

This position helps to ensure the facility is maintained in accordance to various rules and regulations including but not limited to:

  • OSHA
  • Occupation Safety and Health Administration


  • ADOSH

  • Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health


  • AAC

  • The American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Arizona Administrative Code


  • ADHS/OBHL

  • Arizona Department of Health Services/Department of Behavioral Health Licensure


  • CARF

  • Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities


  • CBI

  • Community Bridges (CBI) Policies and Procedures

Skills/Requirements:


  • Highschool diploma or GED preferred.
  • Equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
