We're on the lookout for a skilled and professional individual to take on the role of Service Coordinator in our Preeschool Program.
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30a-4:00p
Job Summary: Working under the supervision of the Service Coordination Supervisor, the Service Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the referral/intake/admissions process, assisting guardians, ensuring Medicaid eligibility, and collaborating with various departments for seamless service delivery.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Qualifications: We're looking for an individual who can successfully fulfill the essential job duties. The applicant should hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field, along with relevant experience and certifications.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Required certifications include Service Coordination, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver's license with auto liability insurance.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Database software, Excel, and Microsoft Word is essential for this role.
Safety Sensitive Position: This role involves operating a motor vehicle, requiring utmost attention to ensure the safety of consumers being transported. Compliance with safety regulations and drug policies is mandatory.
Physical Demands: The role involves various physical activities, and the employee must be able to meet these demands comfortably.
Work Environment: The work environment is characterized as moderate in noise level.
