    Description

    Great opportunity for an Estimator

    Estimator
    gpac is partnered with an asphalt paving and milling, site excavation and utilities contractor in central Pennsylvania and they are looking for a skilled Estimator.

    Company Details:

    • They provide services for private, public, street, highway, municipality, sewer, water, gas, heavy highway, utility work, paving and milling.

    • They do municipality, township, PennDOT and private work.

    Estimator Position Essential Job Functions:

    • Have a degree in engioneering or construction management a plus.
    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience estimating in in milling and paving.
    • They need to be able to do sales, build the job and come up with solutions.
    • Review blueprints, bid documents, specifications, and prepare RFI's.
    • Proven skills in construction cost estimating techniques.
    • They need to be able to do sales, build the job and come up with solutions
    • Be good with change orders and minimize costs.
    • Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid (Estimating) software a plus.

    Benefits:

    • Competitive salary ranging from $70K-$130K per year based on experience.
