LaSalle Network is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our energy supplier client's dynamic team As the Human Resources Manager, you will report directly to the Director of HR and play a pivotal role in various HR functions.

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

Provide leadership over the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency for the corporate and manufacturing-sites
Foster positive employee relations and engagement through effective policies and programs and own the investigation processes when necessary
Own the onboarding, benefits and payroll processes as needed
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and make updates to HRIS systems accordingly

Human Resources Manager Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
5+ years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions
Work 5 days onsite in Wheaton, IL
Travel as necessary
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
