    ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking a motivated, self-starting Associate Attorney to join our Trial Department. This person will play a pivotal role in advocating for our clients' rights, in and out of the courtroom. This person must be dedicated to delivering outstanding legal services to clients.


    SALARY AND BENEFITS :
    $120,000- $200,000 annually

    Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery, taking, and defending depositions, and analyzing complex documents.
    Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and complex motions.
    Perform legal research.
    Make court appearances ranging from status conferences to trial.
    Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute innovative ideas.
    Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
    Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases.


    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
    ~ Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
    ~ Active license to practice law in California and/or Hawaii.
    ~2- 5 years of experience in
    ~ Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office products.
    ~ Proficiency with E-Discovery and law programs such as, Sharefile, PACER, CaseAnywhere, Lexis, Smart Advocate, Everlaw, FileVine and OneLegal.
    ~ Detail oriented and organized, be a team player, be reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines.
    ~ This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
