    Description

    Our client in San Diego is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Litigation Paralegal to join their team. In this role, you will be integral in supporting attorneys in handling real estate litigation matters, ensuring efficient case management and client satisfaction. The role is fully remote across California.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist attorneys in all phases of real estate litigation cases, from initiation to resolution.
    • Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate laws, regulations, and case precedents.
    • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
    • Assist in scheduling and preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials, including coordinating with courts and other parties.
    • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders professionally and effectively.
    • Maintain organized case files, databases, and calendars to ensure deadlines are met and case progress is tracked accurately.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
    • 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in real estate litigation.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
