    Senior Paralegal - Fire Litigation

    Job Description:
    - Singleton Schreiber, LLP is looking for an experienced senior litigation paralegal to join their fire team. This position supports attorneys in state and federal courts, collaborating with other paralegals and case assistants.
    - Remote role open to California-based applicants.

    Salary and Benefits:
    - $34.00-$48.00/hr with variations based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
    - Competitive compensation and benefits package offered, including health, dental, and vision plans, childcare reimbursement, transportation reimbursement, paid parental leave, and a 401k.

    Job Duties:
    - Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents.
    - Court filings, document management, and discovery tasks.
    - Managing case-related deadlines and electronic information.
    - Coordinating with various parties and preparing trial documents.
    - Staying updated on civil procedure rules.

    Qualifications and Requirements:
    - Paralegal certificate or Bus. & Prof. Code 6450 requirements.
    - Experience in case management software and programs like FileVine, Adobe, Excel, and others.
    - Detail-oriented, organized, team player with excellent communication skills.
    - Knowledge of E-Discovery and law-specific software.
