    A well-established Insurance Defense Firm in San Diego is seeking an experienced Construction Defect Paralegal to join its team. This firm is committed to fostering a healthy work environment, values work-life balance, and offers a supportive culture where professionals thrive. Join an outstanding team of litigation paralegals, where you'll have the flexibility to work remotely within California. As a Construction Defect Paralegal, you'll assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation matters, including discovery, depositions, subpoenas, trial preparation, and settlement conferences.

    Requirements:

    • Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Construction Defect matters, including slip and fall and construction injury defense.
    • Experience in California Superior Courts.
    • Proficiency in legal research and document management.
